Great location near popular attractions and main street. the hotel staff was friendly and tried their best to assist despite the language barrier.
The building is old and needs renovations. the room interiors are outdated and lack modern amenities like flat-screen TVs.

The hotel's location is one of its greatest assets, as it is conveniently close to the Palace Museum and other popular attractions. the staff are friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. Although the rooms could do with some updating, the interiors are still kept neat and tidy. the hotel is situated near high street shopping areas, providing easy access to various shops and boutiques.
The hotel lacks flat screen TVs in the rooms, which would be a nice modern touch.

The hotel's amenities were satisfactory and they had a decent breakfast buffet. The location was perfect, close to popular attractions and restaurants. With proximity to monuments and museums, it was a great choice for us to explore the city. We also enjoyed the spacious room, which had a beautiful view of the city.
We had a terrible stay at this hotel during our romantic escape. The hotel was poorly lit and felt outdated with stained carpets and old curtains.
